Two weeks of structured audit. Output is a prioritized agent roadmap, an enterprise architecture blueprint, and a scoped Build plan. We'll also talk through which engagement model fits — Ship-to-Own or Managed Service.
Are we a fit?
Discovery works best when these five things are true. If any of them aren't, tell us — we'll either adjust scope or recommend a different engagement model.
- An existing product or workflow you want to extend, not a greenfield prototype
- Operational ownership beyond initial launch — your team or Agix will run the system in production
- Decision authority for architecture and delivery
- Defined security and compliance requirements
- Willingness to invest in the architecture, not just the agents
