About

Agix is short for Agentic Implementations.

We design the enterprise architecture around agents, and we build the agents themselves. Two practices, one firm. The work we ship is engineered for cost, quality, and scale — not for the demo reel.

Operating narrative

Why we do this. How we work. What clients keep.

Agix is short for Agentic Implementations. We design the enterprise architecture around agents — data, integrations, ops, observability — and we build the agents themselves. Two practices, one firm.

Most AI engagements ship a pilot and leave the operating headache to the client. Most products are SaaS you rent forever. Agix takes a different posture: we ship production-grade agentic systems engineered for cost, quality, and scale — and we offer two ways to work with us so you choose the fit.

A specialist AI architecture practice. Architect-led, framework-driven. No hand-wavy strategy decks. A real running system at the end.

Principles in practice

These principles shape technical decisions, engagement structure, and long-term maintainability.

  • Production over pilots
  • Cost, quality, and scale — all three
  • Architect-led builds on tested patterns
  • Eval before you ship; observability before you scale
  • Buyer-language, not insider jargon
  • Agentic implementations, not stitched-together demos

How an engagement runs

Four phases. Each with defined deliverables and a clear handoff. The path branches at Hand-off: own the system outright, or continue with Managed Service.

  1. Discovery

    Architecture blueprint and 90-day plan

Two weeks of structured audit. We pressure-test the agent roadmap, scope the architecture, and define the Build plan with concrete scope.

  2. Foundation

Install the architecture the agents will live on

Three to four weeks hardening security, tenancy, data model, integrations, and the eval harness. The architecture lands before agents ship — so the agents ship safely.

  3. Build

Ship the agents that prove the architecture

Six weeks of focused build. One or two agentic systems live in production, each independently evaluable and instrumented for cost, quality, and scale.

  4. Hand-off or Operate

Your team owns it — or we keep evolving it together

Ship-to-Own engagements close with full hand-off (code, prompts, playbook, training). Managed Service engagements continue as Agix operates and evolves the system with your team.
